Supply Chain Management Internship

$17.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Management team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, procurement processes, and logistics coordination within a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, proactive, and ready to contribute to our team’s success.

• Assist in coordinating procurement activities and supporting the purchasing team
• Support expediting efforts to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to track order status and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels
• Conduct research on suppliers and market trends to support strategic sourcing
• Support data analysis and reporting related to supply chain performance metrics
• Assist in updating product data to ensure correct ordering and receiving of product

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn about supply chain processes and procurement strategies
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Desire to move into supply chain management, enrolled or attending in college.
• Flexible hours:
  Mon-Friday 20-25 hours a week, between the hours of 8a-5p. (No weekends)
