We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to support a rapidly growing, dynamic property management organization. The Technician performs general maintenance of apartment communities, including repairs, troubleshooting, apartment turnover, and preventive maintenance. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure maintenance functions are performed properly and promptly.
• Ensure effective and timely follow‑up with residents, vendors, and the property management team on all maintenance services provided.
• Respond to all on‑call emergencies promptly.
• Complete and follow up on all open unresolved tickets.
• Use general maintenance equipment safely, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety gear.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify maintenance tasks, minimize liability, and maintain curb appeal.
• Participate in company training classes and meetings.
• Follow policies related to fair housing, OSHA, pool safety, and company standards.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in apartment maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing diagnostics/repair.
• Team player who respects colleagues and promotes a collaborative atmosphere.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Enjoy helping people.
• Basic tools for the trade.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to respond to occasional off‑hour emergencies.
• HVAC certification preferred (CFC Universal).
