This opportunity is a full-time position servicing Conco's Facility Performance Group (FPG) clients in Wichita, KS. The right candidate will be able to complete small tasks and various projects, and will be hardwired to exceed minimum expectations while representing the FPG group with a driven attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily building inspections, scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance and emergency facility repairs while maintaining a high focus on quality and safety.

• Verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, to determine and discuss building needs and communicate them to contractors, suppliers, and occupants.
• Customer service focus for occupant and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic management programs.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to change various light bulbs and perform basic electrical work.

• Basic experience installing millwork, installing & adjusting door hardware, commercial trim & finishes including casing, base, FRP, wall panels, soffits, sheetrock, etc.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day.
• Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling.
