Maintenance Technician D

The Maintenance Worker D performs facility maintenance requirements.

Keep facility areas clean and in an orderly condition. Work successfully with co-workers, customers, contractors, and others. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Understand instructions for tasks using basic maintenance and communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge and experience in Maintenance in a

manufacturing environment preferred

• Grounds keeping
• Facility upkeep, including light plumbing and electrical

duties

• Manage chip and recycling program
• Manage coolant program
• Perform low-level PMs and tickets
• Perform other related duties, as required

• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and orderly
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety and

environmental rules, equipment operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Able to communicate effectively with internal and

external customers

• Strong decision-making skills
• Basic math skills
• Able to apply good judgment when carrying out

instructions

• Able to perform routine and repetitive work
• Recognize and understand safety signs and building

warning systems

• Understand and meet company policies and procedures
• Able to use hand and power tools, such as hammer,

screwdriver, pliers, power drill, saws, roto-hammers and

grinders

• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding
