Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated energetic and experienced manager to lead our very busy quick lube facility. The best candidate is someone who enjoys working with a great team and giving their customers the best quality service possible. We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead and train their team to be the best in the business and take this facility to the next level. The shop is very clean with updated equipment and inspection tools. We pride ourselves on treating our customers extremely well and have created a large repeat business because of it.

Responsibilities- Overseeing the daily operations of the store which includes building estimates, selling to the customers, and overseeing the technician staff.
- Supervise, lead and develop team members.
- Achieve sales growth through strong customer interaction skills and following the proven process that is in place.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints or issues.
- Inventory and merchandise management.
- Uphold safety standards.
- General knowledge of the Automotive / Lube industry.
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive or Lube service writer.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team or staff.
- Competitive base salary starting at $50K - $60K.
- Incentivized bonus plans paid weekly and monthly for hitting goals.
- Paychecks are issued weekly.
