One of my clients is currently looking to recruit an AC Project and Operations manager with a strong background in air conditioning to oversee a number of AC projects, ensure timely and successful project delivery, and manage operational aspects of the business.

The client base is a mix of commercial, residential and retail and covers London and the South East. There are a number of existing long term clients to guarantee a steady flow of project work but there will also be an element of winning new business and growing the division within the company.

• Project planning and management.
• Business development.
• Team management.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Managing budgets.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Driving innovation and implementing best practices in air conditioning solutions.

• Proven expertise in air conditioning systems, renewable energy technologies, and project management.
• Strong skills in team leadership, operations management, and multitasking for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to building and MEP maintenance.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project planning and monitoring.
• Familiarity with budget management and cost control in project execution.
• Relevant certifications in air conditioning and renewable technologies are highly desirable.
• Experience in the building maintenance or facilities management sector is a plus.
