Position: Facilities Operations Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions Wichita, KS

Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at our Omaha, NE location. As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility maintenance services, ensuring that we provide exceptional support to our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of facility operations, including contract negotiations, quality control, performance assessments, and staff supervision. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors will be crucial as you work to identify solutions that meet their specific needs while also ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of facility maintenance services to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Manage contract negotiations, performance assessments, and quality control processes.
  • Supervise staff and coordinate with client-facing teams to meet service expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contractors; identify solutions that meet client needs while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, operational oversight, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software.
  • Must possess a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
