We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our high‑volume, full‑service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excels at solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality and timely work.
We provide a clean, modern and safe workspace equipped with state‑of‑the‑art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the opportunity to work alongside skilled Operations Managers. Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Supervise, lead and develop team members.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints or issues.
- Manage inventory and merchandise.
- Uphold safety standards.
- General knowledge of the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team or staff.
