Project Manager – Architecture

LK Architecture is seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years of architectural project management experience. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all project activities from Notice to Proceed through project close-out, ensuring successful delivery, strong team performance, and exceptional client service.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the firm, overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, managing client and consultant communication, and ensuring that project scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills.

• Serve as LK Architecture’s day-to-day representative for assigned projects
• Lead and coordinate project team members and consultants throughout all project phases
• Act as the primary point of contact for the owner’s project representative
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between the owner, internal team members, and consultants
• Keep owners fully informed of project status, progress, and emerging issues
• Work closely with Job Captains and Production Architects during construction document development
• Monitor project progress, workload, and team performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Track and review project financials, including budgets, staffing, and billing
• Assist in contract development and adherence
• Confirm jurisdictional requirements and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Perform quality control reviews on project deliverables
• Research, write, and edit architectural specification sections as needed
