Aluma Care Management LLC in Wichita, KS is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily clinical operations and direct service delivery. You will supervise BCBAs and BTs/RBTs and maintain your own BCBA caseload while ensuring a positive therapeutic environment.
The role requires a Master’s in ABA, current BCBA, and Kansas LBA license, plus at least 2 years of supervisory BCBA experience. On-site hours are 8 am–5 pm with CPR/FA and Safety Care certifications maintained.
