Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Flexible)

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of engineering drawings and CNC programs used in the manufacturing of parts, tooling, and fixtures. This role supports efficient production by ensuring accurate routing instructions, bills of material (BOMs), and manufacturing documentation are maintained and implemented correctly.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and maintaining CAD/CAM drawings and CNC programs
- Designing and implementing tooling and fixtures
- Maintaining routing instructions and BOMs
- Interpreting customer drawings and technical data
- Supporting manufacturing, assembly, and process improvements
- Performing basic planning tasks and small‑scale project management
- Collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM drafting, solid modeling, and programming procedures
- Ability to interpret customer drawings and applicable technical data
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Ability to perform basic planning tasks and manage small projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment
Minimum of 1 year experience using Autodesk Inventor, CATIA V5, or Mastercam. Manufacturing or engineering‑related education is preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
