Machine Opr B-CNC Router - 2nd Shift

We are hiring immediately for a CNC Router Machine Operator.

• Set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers to cut various materials
• Review set up sheets, secure materials, and mount the specified router and drill bits while observing machine operations for proper functioning
• Install machine control disk while manually adjusting feed and speed as needed
• Utilize DNC software to program and use established programs for machine operation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to coordinate machine operations
• Suggest improvements in machine sequencing, feeds, speeds, and parts layout
• Use hand tools (e.g. shears, ratchets, drills) for work completion
• Operate moving equipment for staging and other job‑related functions

• High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level Work Keys certification is required
• 18 months of routing or directly related fabrication experience, including one year of CNC Machine Operation
• Knowledge of MOO, M, and G code is helpful
