We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Quality Technician to support the calibration, repair, and verification of electronic, mechanical, and environmental test & measurement (T&M) equipment. This role is essential in ensuring equipment accuracy, compliance with ISO 17025, and the overall reliability of our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical measuring and test equipment.
  • Work with AC/DC low voltage devices including multimeters, power meters, and voltage calibrators.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot RF/MW frequency measurement and generation equipment (spectrum analyzers, frequency generators, RF counters).
  • Service temperature and humidity instruments such as thermometers, data loggers, environmental chambers, and ovens.
  • Operate generating T&M devices including insulation testers, dielectric testers, and various controllers.
  • Calibrate mechanical devices such as torque wrenches, calipers, scales, pressure gauges, and pressure controllers.
  • Follow established calibration procedures, methods, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure all work meets accuracy, quality, and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Previous hands‑on experience calibrating and repairing test and measurement equipment required .
  • Knowledge and experience working within an ISO 17025 Quality Management System .
  • Ability to calculate Measurement Uncertainty and apply metrology best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and follow detailed written procedures.
  • Strong understanding of AC/DC circuitry .
  • Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent technical training required .
  • Commercial or Military PMEL/TMDE experience preferred .
  • Ability to lift and move up to 33 lbs. unassisted .
