As a Technician, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by:
Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness Wrap and tie wires Route wires Change routing/ breakouts Perform Electrical Tests Complete associated paperwork Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture Ability to obtain and sustain Operator Self Verification (OSV) Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
Regular, predictable attendance is required;
Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites

  • Maintain regular, predictable attendance; other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience (basic wiring experience or combination of experience and training)
  • Knowledge and skills to complete new hire training course requirements
  • Experience in wiring manufacturing or MRO desirable
  • Basic wiring knowledge
  • Aircraft experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to understand technical issues and seek resolution
  • Stable work history
