Manpower is seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders to join a fast‑growing manufacturing team in Wichita. If you’re skilled, safety‑minded, and ready to start immediately, we want to talk to you!

• Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long‑term potential
• Competitive pay: $28.35 per hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Training may be on 1st shift for up to one month
• Monday–Friday schedule (weekends off!)
• Work with a respected employer committed to safety and quality

• Perform TIG and MIG welding using gas metal arc welding techniques
• Interpret and work from engineering specs, schematics, sketches, verbal instructions, and detailed assembly drawings
• Collaborate in a team-focused, safety-driven work environment
• Contribute to building high‑quality products with precision and craftsmanship

• Proven welding experience (MIG/TIG required)
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• High School Diploma or GED
