In this role, you will be responsible for performing precision touch-up painting on aircraft parts, ensuring each component meets strict industry and company standards.

• Perform touch-up painting on aircraft parts using spray and brush techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, plugging, and priming as required for painting.
• Identify and mix coatings according to manufacturer recommendations to ensure proper application.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform corrective touch-ups as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all work complies with industry and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

• Previous experience in aircraft part painting or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace coatings, primers, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.
