Brazer 2 - 3rd Shift

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a skilled Brazer II to join our manufacturing team in Wichita. This role is responsible for performing brazing operations on assembly line and sub-assembly components with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform brazing operations using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all brazed components.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Complete required documentation and production records.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Your profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in brazing or related manufacturing operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
