LS Industries is looking for an entry‑level machine shop team member in the Wichita area who's eager to learn the trade and build a career in manufacturing. No prior machine shop experience required — just a strong work ethic, mechanical curiosity, and willingness to learn.

• Operating and learning manual and CNC machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders)
• Reading blueprints and basic technical drawings
• Measuring and inspecting parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Assisting experienced machinists with setups and production runs
• Basic material handling, deburring, and finishing work
• Learning to hold tight tolerances on precision components

• Mechanically inclined, hands‑on learner
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurement conversions)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a shop environment

  Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Some overtime on Fridays may be required depending on workload.
• Compensation:
  Competitive, based on experience — paid training provided
