Job Summary

Etezazi Industries, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Operator with experience in 5‑axis CNC machining.

• Prioritize safety and quality in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Manage time effectively and be flexible to meet changing production schedules.
• Use precision measuring instruments to perform first‑piece inspections.
• Understand and utilize Machine Shop Math, including angles, dimensions, tolerances, etc.
• Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up.
• Examine and inspect articles produced to ensure quality.
• Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met.
• Perform all necessary machine maintenance and use equipment properly.
• Work with a variety of materials, including aluminum, titanium, steel, and composite.
• Read, review and interpret CNC program blueprints.
• Operate HAAS 5‑Axis and SIEMENS control machines.
• Deburr and inspect parts.
• Consistently produce quality to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and adhere to safety policy.

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year CNC Machine Operator experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Firm grasp of Machine Shop Math.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with HAAS 5‑Axis and SIEMENS machines.
