Repair Assembler

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Final Assembly II to join their team. As a Final Assembly II, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to produce a variety of attachments and basic units according to prescribed specifications.

+ Make mechanical adjustments and perform minor rework to ensure product quality and functionality.

+ Position, install, attach, and apply parts following work instructions and quality standards.

+ Complete tasks efficiently by following process sheets, check sheets, photos, and supervisor instructions.

+ Perform minor rework, including cleaning, drilling, tapping, and filling to facilitate proper assembly.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a minimum of 1 year in a production setting.

+ Ability to work with computers and basic software systems.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on machinery, vehicles, or maintenance tasks.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks satisfactorily.
