Aircraft Composite Assembly Mechanic
Candidates must already have an active secret clearance. This position is located in Wichita, KS.
Description:
- While working on-site in Wichita, KS, perform composite fabrication for the production of the U.S. military's newest stealth bomber
- Complete composite layup, vacuum bagging, sanding, and cutting, primarily focused around fiberglass material
- Utilize various composite fabrication techniques, autoclave, and bagging materials to complete production
- Self-inspect components, performing rework when necessary
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Active secret clearance through the U.S. Government
- 2+ years of composite layup/fabrication experience
- Tools are NOT required
Pay:
- $45/hr
- Per diem is available for those who qualify
Work Schedule:
- Must be flexible on shift (primarily 1st and 2nd shift)
- Must be open to OT, including some mandatory Saturdays
Placement:
- 12+ month contract, with strong potential for extension (option to convert to direct hire)

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
