Responsible for fabricating shipping containers and general labor tasks throughout the facility.
Essential Job Functions- Utilize necessary shop equipment including table saw, circular saw, nail gun, hand tools, and tape measures to assemble and build crates, skids, pallets and/or other special packaging.
- Unload lumber and material safely and efficiently using proper procedures.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Ability to professionally communicate and work well with others.
