In this role, you’ll work on the assembly and final testing of innovative avionics and aircraft components, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your meticulous attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will play a vital part in keeping pilots and passengers safely flying.
RequiredSkills
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years’ electronics education, training, or equivalent experience
- At least one year of hands‑on assembly experience with avionic equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters
- Proficiency with hand tools and electronic testing equipment
- Solid understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and results‑driven mindset
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- PCB soldering proficiency (training available if needed)
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, supplemented by at least two years of electronics training or equivalent work experience
- One or more years specifically in avionic assembly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision
- Good eye‑hand coordination and dexterity
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfort with handling small objects and using fine tools like screwdrivers, tweezers, and wire cutters
Estimated Min Rate: $17.00
Estimated Max Rate: $22.00
