XLT, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a CNC Operator for a full-time weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) on 12-hour shifts. You will set up, operate, and tend CNC fabrication machines to produce quality parts while following work instructions and SOPs.
Responsibilities include deburring, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, maintaining equipment, reviewing logs, inventory control, and supporting process improvements. Must read blueprints, follow safety rules, and work well in a team.
