ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in executing paper-to-digital conversion projects. You’ll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiency—all while contributing to monthly profitability reviews.

• Manage production schedules and shift priorities
• Supervise 2–15 employees and temp staff
• Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues
• Coordinate shift transitions and monitor inventory
• Perform hands‑on tasks when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a secure facility
• Team-oriented with a “can-do” attitude
