** Machine Operator / Production Associate

Alkegen Manufacturing Facility  Shifts Available: 1st (Monday–Thursday)
**** We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.
**** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Set up and operate machines according to work instructions**
* ** Load and unload materials and monitor production quality**
* ** Use basic measuring tools**
* ** Adjust machine controls as needed**
* ** Maintain a clean and safe work area**
* ** Follow all safety and company policies**
* ** Report equipment or quality issues to supervision**
* ** Perform other duties as assigned
**** Required

Skills & Qualifications **
* ** Ability to follow written and verbal instructions**
* ** Basic math and communication skills**
* ** Strong attention to safety**
* ** Reliable and self‐motivated**
* ** Flexible to work in different roles
**** Education & Experience**
* ** Training provided for the position
**** Physical Requirements**
* ** Lift up to 50 lbs**
* ** Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift**
* ** Work in a noisy manufacturing environment
