Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Fill Technician to join their team. As a Cleanroom Fill Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting sterile product production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $20 to $22 depending on shift

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

What's the Job?
  • Maintain a sterile environment in the cleanroom by garbing, cleaning, and following CGMP guidelines.
  • Clean and validate equipment daily, ensuring all validations are current.
  • Oversee techniques and practices of co-workers, including product assembly, measurements, garbing, sterile techniques, and documentation.
  • Compound Pharmaceutical products.
  • Take inventory of components needed for production batches and ensure all entering the cleanroom are sterile.
  • Prepare and sterilize components and vials, and validate garbing standards periodically.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to four years of experience in a hospital, manufacturing environment, or aseptic filling.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and CGMP regulations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass validation processes and re‑qualification every 6 months.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
