Description

We are hiring immediately for an Aircraft Parts Painter

What you will be doing as an Aircraft Parts Painter:

You can expect to prepare and spray paint a variety of aircraft parts  Your responsibilities may include  but are not limited to :

* Preparation of aircraft parts:

o Check parts to ensure they are clean and not damaged before hand sanding the surfaces for a smooth surface before masking and priming

o Select and adjust spray gun per the instructions while mixing paint according to the specifications

* Painting various aircraft parts:

o Use painting techniques  i e  Spray paint, dip paint  to coat all crevices of aircraft parts with primer or paint based on specifications

o Carefully inspect parts to ensure no dirt, dust, or other foreign objects appear in paintwork before baking in oven

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

* High School education, GED, or a Bronze Level Work Keys certification is required

* Experience using polyurethane, Hexamine chromium, and various types of paint is helpful

* Attention to detail and ability to read paint  i e  wet, dry, blotchy  is helpful to ensure efficiency
