Electronics Assembler, Assembly, Electronics Technician
We are seeking detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Wichita. In this role, you will precision-assemble small aircraft motors, actuators, solenoids, and electrical subassemblies used in critical aviation systems.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour

- Electro-Mechanical Assembly: Build, wire, and assemble small electric motors, solenoids, field assemblies, brushes, and actuating cylinder components according to precision engineering drawings.
- Precision Precision Fitting: Bench-assemble small rotors, stators, sleeves, bearings, and shafts using hand tools, arbor presses, and precision measuring devices (micrometers, dial indicators).
- Soldering & Wiring: Perform fine wire soldering, terminal crimping, and routing of electrical leads for motor windings or subassemblies.
- Testing & Calibration: Run bench tests on completed motor and electrical assemblies using test stations (verifying continuity, resistance, voltage, and mechanical clearance).
- Quality & Surface Prep: Apply insulating varnishes, pot compounds, seals, and inspect assemblies for tight tolerance conformance.
