The Cleanroom Fill Lead is responsible for overseeing operations within the cleanroom and performing cleanroom technician duties. Personnel will ensure all cleanroom records comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate technicians to ensure adherence to manufacturing schedule.
• Ensure scheduled cleanings in the cleanroom are performed as required.
• Maintain proper inventory control in the cleanroom.
• Prepare sterile products per applicable batch records.
• Perform environmental monitoring in the cleanroom as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is within calibration.
• Inform supervisors of problems that may arise.
• Stock the cleanroom with supplies and chemicals.
• Ensure that strict procedures are used in and around the cleanroom facility.
• Clean the general shipping and receiving area.
• Coordinate with the Manager to ensure a steady and efficient workflow.
• Co‑ordinate with trainers to ensure personnel have proper training; lead cleanroom technicians will assist in developing training materials.
• Ensure all cleanroom personnel adhere to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for communication within the cleanroom.
• Help develop Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements.
• Ensure cleanroom technicians operate aseptically at all times.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
• No allergies to chemicals that might be used during compounding.
