RequiredSkills
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years’ electronics education, training, or equivalent experience
- At least one year of hands‑on assembly experience with avionic equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters
- Proficiency with hand tools and electronic testing equipment
- Solid understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and results‑driven mindset
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- PCB soldering proficiency (training available if needed)
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, supplemented by at least two years of electronics training or equivalent work experience
- One or more years specifically in avionic assembly
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision
- Good eye‑hand coordination and dexterity
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfort with handling small objects and using fine tools like screwdrivers, tweezers, and wire cutters
