Job Duties Include (but Not Limited To)- Paint steel and fiberglass parts of various shapes and sizes.
- Perform bodywork duties, including prepping fiberglass and metal parts by filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces.
- Accurately mix paints, primers, and related materials according to specifications.
- Operate forklift and paint line equipment as needed.
- Assemble, operate, maintain, and clean spray painting equipment.
- Ensure proper paint thickness and a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- 1 year of relevant bodywork, painting, and paint preparation.
- Ability to achieve consistent paint thickness and finish quality.
- Prior experience with proportioning units and color mixing.
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines, follow verbal and written instructions, and work independently.
- High attention to detail with thorough inspection of finished work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, respirator physical and fit test, drug screen, and background check.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting to 40 lbs.
- Competitive hourly wage of $22 $ 26/hr. (based on relevant experience and skill set)
