CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

Overview

We take pride in our safety, quality, and production standards. We are looking for a dedicated CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operation—ensuring our CNC machinery, factory equipment, and vehicles are safe, efficient, and ready for production. When maintenance is fully up to date, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our production department to help us deliver top‑tier goods and services to our customers.

Salary: $62,400 - $83,200 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

6 AM – 4 PM.

Education required:

High School.

• Testing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machine tools including CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro/mechanical systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance according to published schedule to meet production demand.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears and other parts of machinery.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Perform adjustments, alignments, and calibrations on equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair factory equipment and CNC equipment.
• Install and upgrade new and current equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• Wearing steel‑toe shoes.
• Manual lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week.
