Truss Builder 3rd Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Third Shift (Friday through Sunday from 07:00am to 07:30am)
- Perform daily truss manufacturing tasks including pulling, handling, and loading lumber for production.
- Use hand and power tools to accurately lay out, assemble, and join roof and floor trusses according to specifications.
- Assist with loading, staging, and preparing completed trusses for shipment and delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Truss Builder 3rd Shift
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to accurately perform tasks following provided instructions and specifications.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and assisting with team lifts up to 100 lbs., including preparing trusses for shipment in outdoor environments.
- Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools required
- Prior truss building or construction experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success working safely while adhering to PPE and OSHA guidelines.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
