Rapid Response Mechanic; M01AI Security Clearance

Position: (Rapid Response Mechanic (M01AI1) with Security Clearance
Duties:
Rapid Response Mechanic :
1. Performs a variety of operations to assemble and make major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural subassemblies to engineering. Typically performs reworkcreated by other shops Typically does not perform bar line / standard in-process work. Stabilize / balance jack system and cradles before starting skin change. Remove and replace skins and major MRB that cannotbe accepted to engineering drawings outside of normal shop environment.

Convert detail skin / structure into engineering configurationthrough the match drilling process.

Troubleshoot all major structural repairs per engineering andremove / replace all necessary parts to bring airplane back into compliance.
2. Be willing to work any shift to accomplish duties. Notes:
Removing and replacing airplane structures
These are not bar-line mechanics, they are high caliber mechanics who would need to bring their own tools/rolling tool box
Rapid Response is needed for all major skin changes
