Job Title
Performs machine and hand finishing techniques to smooth and blend rough components into finished products according. Reads, interprets and follows blueprints, sketches, and product/engineering specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.
- Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures.
- Operator will be responsible for the blending of lines using multiples sanding tools to meet engineering requirements.
- Operator must have excellent hand to eye coordination and good hand dexterity.
- Must be able to lift and move parts using required safety and material handling techniques.
- Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Other various duties as needed or as assigned.

Education and Experience:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess basic computer proficiency and functional knowledge with applications and activities including (but not limited to):
- Ability to read and write the English language.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to work in standing position up to 10 hours.
- Must be proficient in basic shop math and computer experience.
- Must be safety oriented and follow safety policy.
