Pay: Dependent on merit and productivity: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. General start and finish time is 6:00 AM- 3:30PM

Maynard Inc. Wichita is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this key role, you will review and execute all shipping and receiving activities to ensure products and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily shipping and receiving operations
, including packaging, documentation, scheduling, and carrier coordination - Ensure
accurate counts, weights, and product traceability
for all shipments - Oversee
receiving, inspection, and stocking of raw materials
into inventory - Maintain
organization, cleanliness, safety,and
compliance with quality standards - Train, guide, and support team members
to achieve departmental goals - Collaborate with
Inventory Control, Production,and
Management
to meet customer requirements - Drive
continual improvements
in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Knowledge and Qualifications Required
- Shipping/receiving or logistics experience
- Strong
organizational, communication,and
problem-solving skills - Ability to work
under pressure
and manage
multiple priorities
with a
sense of urgency - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of
shipping systems
and
documentation - Forklift experience
and a
good driving record
preferred - Physically able to
lift up to 50 lbs.and work in a
machine shop environment
