Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

• Set up and operate CNC lathes according to production specifications
• Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues as needed
• Stage materials and components for production runs
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

• Previous CNC lathe setup and operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
