CRH’s APAC-Kansas, Inc., Shears Construction, seeks an Asphalt Plant Foreperson to lead our asphalt manufacturing facility. You will supervise production teams, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials to customers.
You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and coordinate with accounting and procurement. Travel and occasional night/weekend work may be required to meet project needs.
