**** Job Purpose and Impact
**** The Refrigeration Maintenance Supervisor (First Shift) will supervise a team which operates an industrial ammonia refrigeration system, steam boiler system, and various other utilities. You will also execute a variety of medium complex activities in alignment with production needs to maintain and repair this equipment.
**** Key Accountabilities
***** Coordinate the execution of asset integrity and operator training involved with a high hazard process. Work closely with PSM.
* Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
* Assist with leading contractor projects including budgeting and managing safety process during project implementation.
* Responsible for managing maintenance and repair projects for your team including parts ordering, budgeting, and implementation.
* You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.
* Other duties as assigned#LI-Onsite/#LI-JG2
**** Qualifications
* *** Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* One year of directly related work experience in Maintenance or Ammonia Refrigeration

Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration, PSM, and Steam Boilers
* Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results
* One year of supervisory experience
