Customer Service Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor, track, progress, and prioritize parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next operation
• Ability to coordinate the physical movement of parts throughout the organization
• As required, work with Vendor Management Coordinator to ensure timely processing and tracking of parts at vendors
• Work closely with leadership to ensure all requirements are completed
• Assist Program Managers with gathering status updates on action items
• Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints as required for internal and customer use
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership as required
• Support inventory tracking and inventory purge actions weekly
• Support productivity to development and work order management activities as needed
• Support shipping function and gathering of cert data required for the shipment

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Previous working knowledge of machines, processes, ERP, etc.
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Generally on foot most of day;
  Must be able to and support frequent walking/standing
• Work safely under functional guidelines;
  Use of PPE is required
