Assembly Worker II

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Worker II to join their team. As an Assembly Worker II, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $23.22-$25.22 per hour

** Shift:
** 1st and 3rd shift available

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform wiring, assembly, finishing, welding, and testing operations on company products.

+ Work from engineering specifications, sketches, schematic diagrams, verbal instructions, or detailed assembly drawings.

+ Set-up and arc weld parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, ensuring proper fitting, aligning, and adjusting for optimal functionality.

+ Utilize miscellaneous assembly tools, electrical measuring and test equipment, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

+ Inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and ensure inventory control while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and procedures.

+ Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly practices.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours and OT as required.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
