Your Role as an RN

As a Registered Nurse specializing in long-term care and skilled nursing, your expertise in LTC, SNF, post-acute or respiratory care will help elevate the quality of life for our residents.

  • Deliver top tier nursing care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Provide critical oversight for post-acute and respiratory care programs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement resident care plans.
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions with precision and professionalism.
  • Educate and support nursing team members, fostering skill growth and resident-centered care.
Who We're Looking For
  • A current RN license in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term care).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A team-first mindset and passion for working with older adults.
  • Experience with care planning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Point Click Care  or similar platforms).
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in staff development or clinical training.
  • A background in rehabilitative/restorative care.
  • A heart for service and a desire to mentor others.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • May be exposed to infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and unpleasant odors in a healthcare environment.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • Compliance with hand hygiene, infection prevention, and safety protocols.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) for charting and reporting.
  • Comfortable with computers, including basic email, word processing, and data entry.
  • Ability to learn and navigate facility-specific software for scheduling, incident reporting, and medication tracking.
