Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, quality nursing care during the night shift. The schedule is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, five days a week, with rotating weekends. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, and emergency response to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities
+ Assess and monitor patient conditions.
+ Administer medications and treatments as per orders.
+ Provide direct patient care and respond to emergencies.
+ Document care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
+ Communicate effectively during shift handovers.
+ Adhere to patient safety and infection control standards.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in discharge planning, case management, and medical care management.
+ Strong skills in patient care and utilization management.
+ Expertise in patient assessment and critical thinking.
+ Ability to administer medications safely, including IV therapy and infusion pumps.
+ Competence in clinical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely charting.
+ Adherence to infection control and safety protocols, including PPE and isolation procedures.
+ Capability in performing basic and advanced nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
+ Readiness to respond to emergencies with CPR and rapid response measures.
Additional
Skills & Qualifications
+ Active RN license.
+ BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
+ Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
