- Team composition – Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 3 RN, 2 CNA, 1–3 sitters;
Night Shift: 1 charge, 5 RN, 3 PCTS - Patient Ratio: 6:1
- Equipment:
Traction - EMR:
Meditech
- Minimum 1-year acute care hospital Med/Surg/Ortho experience
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with traction, spine, hip, and joint precautions
- ACLS certification
- Total Joint Surgery
- Spine procedures
- Outgoing team player
- Compassionate
- Brand new unit
