The Advance Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

• Evaluate, diagnose, monitor, and manage patients using advanced assessment skills and clinical knowledge.
• Work closely with a supervising physician to ensure comprehensive care.

• Postgraduate degree.
• Valid licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• No prior experience required.

• Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple priorities.
• Stress management, decision making under pressure, and independent work in various environments.

Exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases.

Physical demands include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
