Job Description:
This position is for a traveling RN specialized in CVOR at a facility with 2 heart rooms, with the potential for a third, and a staff comprising 4 RNs and 3 CSTs. No night shift is required, but on-call duties include 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform procedures such as CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 in CVOR settings.
- Utilize Meditech / CPN for EMR tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR RN hospital experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active KS RN licensure.
- Preferred: PALS, Open Heart and Cardiovascular experience, prior Meditech experience.
