• Number of Beds – 26
• Number of Staff – 15
• Type of Staff:
  • Day Shift – 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
  • Night Shift – 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
• Patient Ratios – 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity including post CABG patients – Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
• Type of Equipment – Balloon pumps; CRRT;
  Hypothermia; ECMO
• EMR – Meditech

Must have:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS & NIH

Preferred or nice to have:

• TNCC
• Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities

• Trauma patients;
  Post-CABG;
  Post-TAVR;
  General post-surgical ICU patients
• Chest tubes; central lines; medication drips

• Driven;
  Organized;
  Efficient
• Positive Attitude/Engaged
