Job Summary
Registered Nurse // Telemetry Onsite Contract Starts 7/14/2026 (13 weeks)
LocationWesley Medical Center, 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214, Floor 3, Building Main Entrance.
Shift DetailsDay Shift 12 hours/day, 3 days/week.
Unit Information- Type:
Intermediate Care (633) - Beds: 37
- Staff: 12 total
- Day Shift staff: 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, 1 Unit Clerk
- Night Shift staff: 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs
- Patient Ratios: 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients (not guaranteed)
- Equipment: PCA Pumps, IV pumps, Chest Tubes
- EMR:
Meditech
- Must have:
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience - Must have: BLS & ACLS
- Prior Meditech experience
- NIH
- Central lines;
Medication drips - Heart Cath recovery;
Bubble studies
- Positive Attitude/Engaged;
Independent;
Strong critical thinking skills - Positive patient care experience
