The facility is a state hospital offering comprehensive primary care services to adult patients with mental health disorders in an outpatient setting. The clinical team includes behavioral health specialists, medical assistants, registered nurses, physicians, and advanced practice providers who work together to ensure quality patient care delivery.
Clinician’s WorkdayWorking Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the nurse practitioner will see 12–17 patients daily, perform patient evaluations, deliver primary care services, and manage medical conditions for the adult psychiatric population. The clinician collaborates with full‑time clinical support staff.
